Temperanda (“we”) makes software for iPhone, Ableton Live, and desktop audio hosts. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the products listed below.

This website

This site is static and served by Cloudflare. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. Cloudflare may process standard connection data (such as IP addresses) to serve the site and protect it from abuse, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply and follow up. We do not share it with anyone else.

Permanence

• Permanence does not require an account with us, your data is your data.
• Your goals, app limits, and usage data are stored on your device and are not sent to us.
• Screen Time and app activity information is accessed through Apple’s on-device frameworks and never leaves your phone.
• Permanence does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
• If you contact us for support, we only receive what you choose to send.

Max for Live devices and audio plugins

Our devices and plugins run inside your music software. They do not connect to the internet and do not collect any data.
